Red's Sandwich Shop is a popular dining establishment located in the heart of Salem. Due to the high volume of sales and notoriety to the Salem locals it is essential that the store has a strong online presence as well as a website that caters to the needs of its customers. After conducting user testing on the original website, it was apparent that many of the issues stemmed from the navigation and overall design of the site. To better understand the needs of the target audience, I performed a variety of different user testing methods including surveys, diary studies, and card sorting.
